If the lock is not showing up in your app, try resetting the lock. A reset returns your Gainsborough Freestyle Trilock to its factory default settings.
To reset:
The BLUE light indicates that the lock is rebooting. This may take up to 20 seconds. Once the keypad illuminates, you are now ready to set up your lock.
Try pairing the again. Go to Settings > Add New Device and follow the prompts.
