A solid amber light means that the cloud is offline. If it is flashing, it means your bridge is also not connected to your Wi-Fi router. To better troubleshoot this, please refer to the WiFi Bridge Settings screen to view the full connection status. This will show you where the connection is having an issue or error.
What does this mean? It means you are unable to reach the lock remotely. More specifically, if you are away from home, you cannot operate the lock nor get the status updates.
You can still, however, use your phone to operate the lock within Bluetooth range or when you are physically near the lockset.
If cloud services are currently active and operational, please try power cycling your Wi-Fi Bridge by unplugging from the wall socket until LED turns off, then reinsert into socket to try reconnecting.
