I cannot onboard my Wi-Fi Bridge. What do I need to do?

The onboarding of your Wi-Fi Bridge may be affected by factors such as distance of the bridge to your phone or Wi-Fi router, or if it has been previously set up.

1. Perform a factory reset by holding down the Wi-Fi Bridge button for 10 seconds until the LED light switches off.
2. Wait for the unit to initialize and the blue light to appear.
3. When the LED is flashing blue, go to Settings > Add New Device and follow the prompts to set up and onboard the Wi-Fi Bridge.
