The onboarding of your Wi-Fi Bridge may be affected by factors such as distance of the bridge to your phone or Wi-Fi router, or if it has been previously set up.
- Perform a factory reset by holding down the Wi-Fi Bridge button for 10 seconds until the LED light switches off.
- Wait for the unit to initialize and the blue light to appear.
- When the LED is flashing blue, go to Settings > Add New Device and follow the prompts to set up and onboard the Wi-Fi Bridge.
