What do I do when the Gainsborough Freestyle App can't find my lock during set up

Set up the lock by following the below steps:

Hold down the program button on the lock underneath the battery cover for approximately 10 seconds until the lock starts to flash and beep > open the Gainsborough Freestyle app on your phone > tap the settings icon > tap add new device > select the lock and follow the on screen prompts
