Please check battery charge and confirm that the batteries being used in the lock are Alkaline batteries
If the batteries are not the issue then follow these steps
- Open the Schlage Home app
- Tap the settings button on the lock tile
- Tap Information
- Battery level percentage is displayed on this page
Please check the cord connecting both sides is connected
Check firmware is up to date:
- While standing next to the lock open the Schlage Home app
- Tap the settings button on the lock tile
- Tap firmware settings
- If update available, please update, stay within bluetooth range of the lock until update is complete
